Conference Management Examples

National Low Income Energy Consortium,
National Fuel Funds Network,
National Energy Assistance Director's Association

These three national associations hold back-to-back functions annually for 700+ participants in various sites throughout the US. The five-day agenda includes multiple general and break-out sessions and evening receptions. We provide site selection, registration, hotel management, on-site services, speaker management, exhibitor registration and coordination, and coordination of volunteers.

National Association of State Community Service Providers

This association of state directors hosts a semi-annual five-day meeting for 200 participants in various sites throughout the US. We provide site selection and contract procurement, attendee registration, conference site management, on-site services and organization and management of various programs and events that the association sponsors during the conferences.

Low Income Forum on Energy (LIFE)

In collaboration between the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) and the New York Public Services Commission, we manage their bi-annual conference approximately 300 attendees and their five regional conferences for approximately 100 attendees. We provide marketing, registration, site preparation and on-site management services.

Area Agency on Aging

This agency hold approximately ten conferences per year, ranging for 50 to 500 attendees. We assist in developing the program, identifying and contacting speakers, securing the site, preparing marketing materials, registering attendees, soliciting exhibitors and managing on-site activities.
